Plain-language rules for testing Artilust. This page is a beta notice, not legal advice, and not a substitute for real legal review before any wider release.

Terms
  • Invite-only beta, not a finished product. Access is by invitation for a small private group of testers. Features, prices in credits, and these terms can change during the beta.
  • Adults only (18+). By using the studio you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Age confirmation here is self-declaration, not identity verification.
  • Fictional people only. Everything generated here depicts fictional adults. Do not request, upload, or attempt to recreate the likeness of any real person — there is no image upload and no face swapping, by design.
  • AI-generated and labeled. Every result is machine-generated and carries a visible AI GENERATED mark on screen. You can add the same mark to any download. Wherever you share a result, disclose that it is AI-generated, with the mark or with the platform's own AI label. Do not present studio output as a real photograph of a real person.
  • Acceptable use. No minors, no real people, no non-consensual or exploitative content. Requests in those directions are blocked, and misuse can lose your beta access.
Privacy
  • What we store. Your account (email address and display name), your 18+ confirmation record, the jobs you run and the assets they produce, and your credit ledger entries. There is no public feed — your gallery is visible only to you.
  • How long we keep it. Generated assets are automatically deleted after 90 days. Your account, age-confirmation record, and credit ledger are kept while your account exists during the beta.
  • Support email is used only to answer you. If you write to support, we use your message and address to resolve your request — nothing else.
